Does any photo work?: Yes. Phone photos, old scans, the slightly crooked ones. If a photo is too small to print well, we'll tell you gently and you can keep it anyway. Videos aren't supported yet.
Do grandparents need an app or a password?: No. The family link opens in any browser. They pick photos off their phone and they're done in two minutes.
Who can see our photos?: Only your family. Software looks at your photos to pick the best ones and organize your book. Your photos are never sold, never used to train AI, and no human ever looks at them.
What if we miss a month?: Then that month is thin, and that's fine. Quiet months happen. The book pads thin months gracefully and never scolds you about them.
What does the gift code cover?: One gift code ($169) covers a full year: every season book plus the hardcover Yearbook, printed and mailed.
What if a book arrives damaged?: Tell us within 30 days with a photo of the damage and we reprint it, free. See the refunds page for the whole policy.
