Damaged or misprinted books

If a book arrives damaged or misprinted, tell us within 30 days of delivery. Send a photo of the damage and keep the packaging. We reprint and reship at no cost to you. That is the whole process.

Changed-your-mind refunds

Yearly plans can be refunded in full within 30 days of purchase, as long as no books have gone to print. Once a book prints, it is made to order and cannot be returned. If the Yearbook has already shipped, the refund is the yearly price minus its $159 list value.

Lost in the mail

If tracking shows a book never arrived, tell us and we reprint and reship it free. If tracking shows delivered, we will work with you and the carrier to make it right.
